SHIPPING & DELIVERY

melvis is based in south west regional New South Wales, Australia. orders will be shipped within 2 business days by Express Post where possible & we will aim to forward you the tracking number.

please be patient & allow time for delivery, our posties at Australia Post are doing their best.

 

RETURNS

melvis will try to accommodate returns if possible - 

for items in the condition they were shipped to you in - unused & unworn.

wool products must be stored away from sunlight, moths & bugs, it is important that wool items haven't been exposed to silverfish or moths to ensure that the melvis shop isn't infected!

best to contact us to discuss returns.

melvis subsidises the cost of postage to you, so you will need to pay the postage on any returned item - thanks!

 

SUSTAINABLE COUTURE

if you tire of your melvis item, please don't toss it. please gift it to a friend, thrift to charity,

or - return it to melvis so it can be remade into something different for someone else.

the melvis ethos is to "use what others don't appreciate, to make something that others envy."

PRIVACY POLICY

melvis will not share your details with anyone, but if you'd like to give a shout out if you are happy with your product, that would be nice.

WOOL CARE

cool or warm handwash, gently wring out (or roll up in a towel & wring out).

dry flat in shade. do not stretch. do not tumble dry. gentle cool to warm iron.

most items are drycleanable. Store clean in a sealed drawer with the cedar ball provided - to prevent moths (the enemy of wool) !
